We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Sterilization Technician to join our team at Gateway Dentistry Group, a proud part of the Passion Dental Group. Whether you're early in your career or bring years of experience, you'll be joining a supportive, professional environment where your commitment to safety, organization, and teamwork plays a vital role in helping patients feel comfortable and cared for.
Specifics about the role:
- Job Type: Full Time
- Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 am- 5:00 pm -1 hour lunch - Summer Fridays 8:00 am-2:30 pm

What you’ll do:
- Sterilize and disinfect instruments, equipment, and treatment rooms according to clinic and industry protocols.
- Maintain proper functioning of sterilization equipment and ensure regular documentation of cycles.
- Organize and restock operatories to keep the clinic running smoothly.
- Safely handle and dispose of biohazardous materials.
- Support the clinical team to ensure every patient receives care in a safe and prepared environment.
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a dental or healthcare sterilization/infection control role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a patient-first mindset
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
