Are you passionate about driving innovation and solving complex business challenges through technology? Join our Digital Transformation team within Ignition, where we partner with the Tax & Legal practice to deliver impactful technology enablement.

As the Digital Transformation Lead for KPMG Law, you will play a pivotal role in leading the successful execution of technology enablement across our legal practice. This role bridges strategy and execution, ensuring that technology delivers tangible value and is embraced across the business.

What you will do:

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, understanding their business objectives and aligning them with digital solutions
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to inform decision-making and drive digital transformation in alignment with business priorities
  • Assess current processes and technologies to identify improvement opportunities
  • Facilitate workshops and interviews to gather insights and co-create solutions with Product Development
  • Use data analysis and market research to develop business cases and strategic recommendations
  • Maintain transparency through regular briefings and feedback loops
  • Proactively manage stakeholder expectations

Technology Implementation

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of technology programs
  • Develop project deliverables, including strategic road maps and implementation plans, to guide clients through transformation journeys. Manage scope, timelines, resources, risks and dependencies across products and work streams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables within budget
  • Identify additional services or products to benefit stakeholders and enhance revenue
  • Communicate stakeholder feedback to delivery teams to improve offerings

Change Management & Adoption

  • Own the change strategy for transformation initiatives, including readiness planning and user engagement
  • Lead adoption planning and drive communication, training and support activities
  • Measure and monitor adoption metrics and user experience post launch

What you bring to this role:

  • A university degree (or similar) in related discipline
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience within a complex, organizational environment
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and resourceful
  • Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in digital transformation, business analysis or technology enablement
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and influence without formal authority
  • Familiarity with change management practices and tools
