Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Admin Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative operations of the clinic, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients as they arrive at the clinic.
- Schedule and manage patient appointments, ensuring optimal use of clinic resources.
- Maintain accurate patient records and manage the clinic's electronic health record (EHR) system.
- Handle billing and insurance claims, including verifying patient insurance coverage and processing payments.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring the clinic is well-stocked and organized.
- Coordinate with physiotherapists and other staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, providing excellent customer service.
- Assist with marketing and promotional activities, including social media management and community outreach.
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies and procedures, as well as relevant healthcare regulations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration or healthcare administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with EHR systems.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.55-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
