You build trust by being approachable, organized, and respectful in all interactions.
Key Responsibilities
As a key member of our People & Culture team, you’ll be at the heart of what makes our company thrive – our people. You’ll lead with compassion and clarity, supporting individuals and teams through growth, change, and challenge. You’ll be trusted to:
-
Oversee immigration onboarding processes and maintain documentation
-
Serve as a point of contact for employee relations matters, offering practical guidance with empathy and discretion
-
Coordinate recruitment and onboarding for assigned roles, preparing employment contracts and managing logistics
-
Support HR administration: letters, performance reviews, audits, data accuracy
-
Provide backup payroll support and assist others with Payworks-related tasks and questions
-
Draft and distribute internal HR communications, policy updates, and employee-facing materials
-
Contribute to a strong safety culture by supporting related initiatives, communications and reporting

At Cherubini, we don’t just build structures – we build culture. We foster an environment where people matter, communication is open, and relationships are everything. When you join our People & Culture team, you’ll:
-
Be part of a collaborative, inclusive culture that values people, relationships, and respect
-
