Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Shop Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in the repair and overhaul process of aviation components. This position requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting. As a Shop Helper, we will provide training and opportunities to expand your skillset to support the overall operations of the company.

Duties

• Initial and final cleaning aircraft parts
• Shipping receiving.
• Maintain an organized and clean shop environment.
• Prepping parts for plasma spray
• Help in cleaning and prepping parts for plating.
• Deburring aircraft parts using hand tools.
• Assist other employees in their duties where needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations throughout the shop.

Skills

• Use of hand tools and blasting cabinets.
• Basic math skills.
• Proficient in reading and writing English.
• Must be able to work with others.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with employees.
• Attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
