Role Description
This position requires that you reside in Alberta, Canada as some travel is required within the province to visit customers. This is a 100% commission-based role. The Sales Agent will be responsible for growing our network of authorized dealers by driving sales within your designated territory. This includes communicating with clients, managing customer service inquiries, and participating in training sessions. The role entails working closely with the Sherpa team at head office, a solid understanding of products and ensuring client satisfaction through knowledgeable advice and support.
Qualifications & requirements
- Established relationships with specialty AV integrators, installers and retailers
- Proven sales experience and skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Strong product & application knowledge
- Experience in Training and educating clients on products
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Proficiency in using sales software or CRM systems
- Relevant experience in the residential & commercial specialty audio & video industry is a plus
