What You’ll Do:
- Develop and lead Sabre’s business development and sales strategy to support company growth.
- Identify and secure new opportunities in key markets such as prefabrication, power generation, and industrial infrastructure.
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and industry partners.
- Oversee the sales process from proposal to contract negotiation and project handoff.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales and business development team.
- Represent Sabre at industry events to boost visibility and stay current with market trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Track sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline metrics, and report to the executive team.
- Improve CRM usage and optimize sales operations and reporting processes.
What You Bring:
- 10+ years in B2B sales and business development (5+ in leadership).
- Industry experience in industrial construction or prefabricated electrical solutions.
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus).
