This role is responsible for providing exceptional parts & inventory service to our customers; you will troubleshoot, collaborate and effectively handle parts orders via phone, walk-in or email.

Job Description:
- Parts counter sales
- Process customer orders
- Sourcing and ordering used parts
- Inventory control
- Shipping and receiving
- Inspecting and processing Oilsands customers parts returns and processing cores
- General warehouse duties, house keeping and other parts related duties as required
**Candidate selection will be in compliance with the terms of the current Collective Agreement**
Skills & Qualifications:

Journeyperson parts certification
-
Previous customer service and parts ordering experience
-
Team orientated with excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
-
Caterpillar parts product knowledge and computer literacy
-
Experience working with Lawson, SIS/TMI and Antatres will be considered assets
-
Previous work experience with core credit analysis, shop part capabilities, and WHMIS, TDG and First-Aid Certification will also be considered assets

Hours and shift schedule may be subject to change to meet customer and/or Finning (Canada) requirements.
