Description du poste Le concepteur senior de la cabine est chargé de la réalisation des dessins pour le développement et la modification des composants de cabine. Ce concepteur sénior doit développer des solutions sur différents problèmes d'ingénierie nécessitant jugement et ingéniosité. Ce concepteur sénior doit être en contrôle de l’ensemble des dessins à exécuter au sein de l’équipe incluant les fournisseurs externes. **Dans votre rôle, vous devrez :** * Participer à la création de dessins complexes d’interfaces, de définition de concept, d'installations et d'options, etc. sur les intérieurs de l’A220. * Interpréter et appliquer les exigences réglementaires et les pratiques de conception de l'industrie tout en étant la référence des standards à appliquer pour l’ensemble de l’équipe. * Guider les fournisseurs de service de création de dessins. * Participer aux résolutions de problèmes d'ingénierie. * Animer les réunions de revue de concept avec l'équipe multifonctionnelle ainsi que les fournisseurs externes. * S’assurer d’un contrôle de la planification de l’ensemble des dessins. Fournir un lien de communication clair entre toutes les parties impliquées dans l'exécution des dessins. * Fournir une contribution à l’amélioration des processus d'ingénierie tant à l’interne qu’avec les fournisseurs de service de création de dessins. **En tant que candidat idéal,** * Vous avez un diplôme de baccalauréat ou l'équivalent en génie mécanique ou en design industriel. * Vous avez un minimum de dix (10) années d'expérience pertinente. * Vous avez une solide expérience en CAO avec Catia V5/Enovia. * Vous avez une solide expérience en gestion de la configuration. * Vous avez des connaissances en GD&T. * Une expérience sur les outils et procédés sur le A220 est un atout * Vous avez des connaissances dans les produits Google et avoir la capacité d'apprendre de nouveaux ensembles d'outils au besoin * Vous devez avoir la capacité d'être autonome et de travailler avec des équipes diversifiées * Vous devez avoir de solides compétences en communication écrite et verbale en français et en anglais * Vous avez d'excellentes compétences organisationnelles, avec la capacité de planifier et de tenir des réunions efficaces. Une expérience de travail au sein d'équipes internationales est un atout. La capacité à travailler sous pression et à respecter des horaires exigeants est essentielle. Description of the job The Cabin senior designer is in charge of drawings creation for the development and the modification of the cabin components. The senior designer requires developing solutions to a variety of engineering problems requiring judgment and ingenuity. The senior designer must control the entire volume of drawings to be executed internally or by the external suppliers. **In your role, you will:** * Participate in the creation of complex interface control datasets, concept definition datasets, installations & options datasets, etc. for the A220 cabin projects. * Interpret and implement industry regulatory requirements and design practices and guiding the entire team on standards to apply. * Coordinate and guide the external suppliers mandated to create drawings. * Participate in the resolution of engineering problems. * Animate multi-functional team design reviews including reviews with suppliers. * Ensure being in control of the overall drawing planning. Provide a clear communication link between all parties involved in plan execution. * Provide input to engineering processes’ improvements internally and with the external suppliers also responsible for drawing creation. **As our ideal candidate** , * You hold a bachelor degree or equivalent in mechanical engineering or Industrial design. * You have a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience. * You have strong CAD experience with Catia V5/Enovia * You have strong experience with configuration management. * You have experience on GD&T. * Experience on A220 processes and tools is an asset. * You have capability in Google Products and have the ability to learn new tool sets as required * You must have the ability to be self-directed and work with diverse teams * You must have strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English * You have excellent organizational skills, with ability to plan and hold effective meetings. Experience working in international teams is an asset. The ability to work under time pressure and meet demanding schedules is essential.
