Title: Manager, Cyber Security Operations
Salary: $99,899 - $117,528- $135,158 per year (pay range explained below)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours, 9:00am- 5:00pm (core hours 9am-3pm Mon-Fri)
Location: Coast Salish Territories: Metro Vancouver: Sinclair office – Hybrid (Hybrid working is an option in line with FNHA’s flex work policy).
About The Role As the Manager of Cybersecurity Operations, you will oversee and manage security operations at the First Nation Health Authority. You will be developing and implementing security strategies, ensuring the effective implementation of security controls, and leading a team to protect the FNHA's internal infrastructure. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with FNHA senior leadership and business stakeholders to enhance the security posture and address security challenges.
About You To be successful in this role you will have –
Education And Occupational Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field or a combination of experience and certifications.
- CISSP, CISM, GSOC, CEH, and CCSP, CIAM preferred.
- Knowledge of the following technologies is an asset:
- Endpoint & Data Protection, Cloud Security, Security Operations & Threat Detection, IAM & Access Management, and Patch & Vulnerability Management
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience managing security operations, including SOC, Incident Response, Vulnerability Management, EDR, Cloud Security, and Threat Intelligence.
- Experience in leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing security operations team.
- Experience in creating a practical security operation strategy and roadmap steps to ensure that security services are delivered efficiently and meet FNHA's business and community needs.

The Pay Range is the minimum and maximum annual salary based on full time equivalent hours.
Incumbents are typically hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the range based on their knowledge, skills, abilities and experience in relation to the role requirements.
The top 10% of the pay range is for the incumbents who are industry experts in the job with the combination of exceptional experience and competencies needed to perform all duties and responsibilities at a superior capability level. Internal employee compensation will be determined as per the FNHA Employee Total Compensation Policy.
