You will be responsible for important engine & product control system validation tasks, working directly with multiple teams within the company. This will require a strong ability to lead through influence, find solutions and build consensus among multiple stakeholders.
What will your day-to-day look like?
Support of development and certification engine testing for various engine programs, including:
- Prepare and configure test vehicle and test cell systems.
- Procurement of engine hardware and define instrumentation for testing needs.
- Prepare hardware and control software modifications to our Quality procedures.
- Synthesize rig setups and controllers to carrying engineering component test activities.
- Perform validation of engine communication support tools for robust industrialization.
- Supports engine flight test campaigns with flight release documentation.
- Resolving engine assembly and/or test discrepancies and technical challenges, including tooling, instrumentation, configuration, and test data.
- Support to engineering integrated product team.
- Production readiness support.
- Documentation of engine assembly, test, and strip findings through reports.
What do you need to be successful?

University or Technology degree in engineering with 2 to 7 years work experience.

Field of study: aeronautics, aerospace, mechatronics, electrical, robotics, Avionics

Valued assets: Controls logic, Electronics, Micro-controllers, PLC, Real-time systems

Strong project management skills.

Good technical and product knowledge (engines)

Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, and communication skills.

Good computer skills (Office 365, Atlassian etc.)

Available for occasional business travel.
