About the role

About The Role

We’re looking for a proactive Commercial Lines Account Associate to support our Dealership and Leasing accounts. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with a dedicated account team, manage multiline commercial risks, and contribute to a supportive environment where knowledge-sharing and growth are encouraged.

What You’ll Do

  • Support retention and growth of existing portfolios in a team-based structure
  • Analyze client coverage, assess risk, and recommend solutions
  • Spot cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
  • Coordinate renewal list distribution across all codes
  • Build networks within the Dealership and Leasing industry
  • Suggest improvements to workflows and service processes
  • Deliver strong, ongoing client management
  • Participate in industry events and professional development

Qualifications and expertise that pave the way for Success

  • 3+ years in insurance (broker, underwriting, or claims)
  • RIBO licensed
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with Epic or similar systems
  • CIP, CAIB, or CRM designation in progress
  • Strong organizational, communication, and client management skills
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently
  • Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and follow-through
  • Industry awareness and strong research capabilities
  • Experience in the Dealership or Leasing sector is a plus
