Your mission is to support the growth of Natural Foods (Bear, Nākd and Kiddylicious) in Canada. We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Sales & Replenishment Analyst. In your role, you will manage the validation and follow-up of trade deductions in close collaboration with our third-party logistics partner (3PL), and be responsible for demand planning and forecasting activities in order to secure a strong order replenishment. his position is critical in supporting the commercial growth of our business in Canada.

Job description
- Review and validate submitted trade deductions against agreed trade terms and promotions in line with commercial agreements for each retail customer separately.
- Prepare and submit monthly forecasting & demand planning (aligned with Sales Manager) to define potential risks and opportunities.
- Monitor & coordinate the in-market stock levels in close collaboration with our 3PL warehouse.
- Conduct frequently inventory analysis to reduce risk of obsoletes and avoiding any Out-Of-Stocks.
- Report on a monthly basis about status of trade deductions, in-market stock levels and order replenishment requirements.
- Coordinate and submit the various product specs sheets when new products are being launched (NPD’s) but also when our brands are being listed at new customers.
- Build strong working relationships with our local 3PL provider, brokers, and internal teams based at our HQ in Switzerland.
- You report to the Sales Manager Natural Foods Canada.
Profile

A Master’s degree (Economics, Business Administration or Supply Chain Management.

2-3 years of experience in a FMCG company.

Basic proficiency in SAP (ERP system).

Experience with sales planning tools such as Exceedra (is tool of our 3PL) or SAP IBP is a strong asset.Preference for previous experience with Canadian or US retailer trade deduction management

You can speak & write fluently in English and French is a plus.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail (accuracy over speed).

Comfortable with numbers, financial data, and commercial metrics (strong analytical capabilities).

Working independently while collaborating across multiple internal and external stakeholders.

People describe you as energetic, assertive with focus on the execution.
