Your area of focus. We are seeking a skilled Oracle & Finance Automations Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and optimizing our Oracle Fusion ERP system, developing financial automation solutions, and ensuring seamless integration with other business processes. This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP modules, finance operations, and automation technologies.
What drives your day-to-day?
- Oracle Fusion ERP Support
- Provide day-to-day support for Oracle Fusion ERP modules, including Financials, Procurement, and Fixed Assets.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, collaborating with IT and external vendors as necessary.
- Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Finance Process Automation
- Identify opportunities to automate finance processes, reducing manual intervention and increasing accuracy.
- Develop, test, and implement automation solutions using tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Databricks, and Python.
- Collaborate with finance teams to understand requirements and ensure automation solutions meet business needs.
- System Integration and Optimization
- Ensure seamless integration between Oracle Fusion ERP and other business systems.
- Optimize existing integrations and workflows to enhance data accuracy and process efficiency.
- Maintain documentation of system configurations, integrations, and process flows.
- User Training and Support
- Develop training materials and conduct sessions for end-users to promote effective use of Oracle Fusion ERP and automation tools.
- Provide ongoing support to users, addressing inquiries and facilitating continuous improvement.
What Are The Must-haves…
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting Oracle Fusion ERP systems, particularly in finance modules.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing finance process automation solutions.
- Experience with integration tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and RPA technologies is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Oracle Fusion ERP modules (Financials, Procurement, Fixed Assets).
- Strong understanding of finance processes and accounting principles.
- Experience with automation tools and technologies (e.g., OIC, RPA, Databricks, Python).
- Familiarity with SQL.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Oracle Fusion ERP certification.
- Experience in the Consumer Retail industry.
