Cascadia Sales is a dynamic and expanding lighting and electrical manufacturers' representative.
We are currently seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team at our
Maple Ridge office.
What You’ll Do
As a key member of our customer experience team, you’ll be responsible for:
• Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email in a friendly, timely, and
professional manner
• Coordinating purchase orders and managing expectations and timelines with our
manufacturers and distribution partners
• Providing accurate information on pricing, availability, shipping, and tracking
• Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with both internal and external
partners
What We’re Looking For
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Dependability and a team-first mindset
• Comfortable using computers and email in a work environment
• Lighting and electrical industry experience is an asset—but not required!
