What You’ll Do:
- Guide patients through every step of their hearing journey, from assessment to long-term support.
- Perform hearing evaluations and recommend personalized hearing solutions.
- Fit and program hearing aids, completing all necessary documentation (WSIB, DVA, medical reports).
- Educate clients on their hearing loss and empower them with technology options.
- Build meaningful relationships with clients and communities through follow-up care and outreach.
- Uphold a clinic culture built on compassion, trust, and excellence.
Who You Are:
- A licensed (or eligible) Hearing Instrument Specialist in Ontario.
- A compassionate professional who truly cares about client outcomes.
- Comfortable with consultative sales and connecting solutions to individual needs.
- Strong communicator, self-motivated, and team-oriented.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $54,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
