Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and effectively promoting our campaigns and services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to negotiate effectively.
Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive business growth. Conduct outside sales activities to identify potential customers and market opportunities. Utilize Sales CRM systems for account management and tracking sales activities. Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with the marketing team to create strategies that enhance product visibility in the market. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, effectively position our offerings.
Requirements: Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; proficiency in other languages is a plus Ability to manage accounts effectively while providing outstanding customer service. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Willingness to travel as needed for outside sales activities.
