We are seeking a motivated and friendly Cashier/Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while accurately processing transactions. Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with their purchases.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with precision.
• Upsell products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions and product offerings to assist customers effectively.
• Ensure the checkout area is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and improve sales performance.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
• Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Experience in technology sales or retail is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous.
• Proven ability to upsell products effectively.
• Excellent time management skills to handle peak hours efficiently.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.85-$17.95 per hour
