JOB DESCRIPTION

In this role, the majority of the workweek is dedicated to developing custom applications within the development environment of ServiceNow. The ideal candidates will hold both ServiceNow administrator and ServiceNow developer certifications. Also, experience in building custom applications or enhancing existing ones using Agile storyboards in ServiceNow. This role involves minimal meetings, with approximately 1-2 hours per week allocated to project meetings and an additional hour per week for discussions with business stakeholders to address questions and approval workflows. Upon completion of the application development phase, the final month will focus on user testing, quality assurance, and making necessary adjustments and tweaks to ensure the application’s success. This role is fully remote for all of Canada, must be able to work EST hours

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Holds both ServiceNow administrator and developer certificates.

• 2+ years of Development experience in ServiceNow.

• Experience in building custom applications or enhancing existing ones using Agile storyboards in ServiceNow.

• Experience building in ITSM platform.

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Holds any other ServiceNow certification
