We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.
Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Utilize technology to process sales transactions efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
Experience
- Customer service is a requirement
- Proficiency in English is required
- Experience in sales, particularly in retail or Jewelry considered an asset
- Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with customers
- Knowledge of cashiering procedures and experience with POS systems is a plus
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and sales records efficiently
