About The Role Market Research Interviewers conduct telephone surveys with people throughout the United States and Canada on a variety of topics including buying habits, customer satisfaction, consumer, social and political issues. There is no telemarketing or sales involved. We are hiring for this position at an hourly wage of $15.50.
What You Can Expect To Be Doing
- Conduct telephone surveys for research purposes
- Read aloud a questionnaire as it is written and record the respondent’s answers accurately
- Check and revise all responses for accuracy, proper spelling, and grammar
- Have a courteous, customer service approach
What You’ll Need
- Self-motivated and positive attitude
- Minimum typing speed 45 words per minute with 90% accuracy
- Prior experience in a call center, customer support, telemarketing, or phone interviewing is beneficial
- Excellent time management skills
- Comfortable speaking on the phone
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
- High school diploma or GED preferred
What’s In It For You
- Minimum 3 shifts a week with one weekend shift required
- Flexibility to amend schedule each week
- Expected working hours are 4:00 – 11:00 pm
