WHAT you will own. We are looking for someone who is ready to lead in these areas.
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy that positions the property as a market leader in luxury.
Developing, implementing, and monitoring the hotel’s sales strategy to achieve and exceed forecasted revenue targets in Rooms, Food and Beverage and all other revenue-generating departments.
Managing the hotel sales contracts and achievement of the hotel revenue plan. Managing key sales accounts whilst developing strategies for pricing, inventory, and sales revenue allocation.
Evaluate and recommend opportunities for developing new sources of business in all market segments and thereby broadening the account base.
Building and maintaining strong client relations and developing accounts to increase market share across all revenue streams – locally, nationally, and internationally.
Cultivate meaningful partnerships and high value client relationships across the luxury, corporate, group and leisure segments.
Design, implement, and facilitate the annual marketing plan for the hotel. Identifying the challenges in each year throughout the booking cycle and developing a plan with tactics to address the concerns.
Develop group and events marketing materials and strategic road maps for the hotel. Ensure implementation and oversee execution
Devise new ways to expand the client base through prospecting, marketing and cultivating key relationship
Build and mentor a best in class team across all commercial disciplines with a focus on collaboration, creativity and accountability.
Direct and manage all sales training, yearly sales targets, sales quotas, the incentive plan and all other corporate and hotel learning required to maintain the most effective sales professionals in the market.
Ensure the delivery of guest service through the operations group to exceed customer expectations.
Maintains regular and effective communication with corporate sales and marketing management teams, and other local hotels while working with the Regional DOS&M on synergistic opportunities.
Qualifications

6 years or more of progressive hotel sales, marketing & events experience from a luxury environment.
Expertise on high-end market dynamics, global travel trends and luxury consumer behavior.
A track record of exceeding revenue targets in a luxury hotel through strategic account management and personalized client engagement.
Expertise in sales and revenue systems/programs
History of success, results driven, energetic, and focused, service-oriented style with professional presentations skills.
High energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leader, proven track record in high volume concept, effective communicator, effective in providing exceptional customer service and ability to improve the bottom line.
A sharp mind with deep understanding of brand storytelling and market dynamics. Skilled in relationship management, digital strategy and data informed decision making.
