About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Manager – Outside Sales to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding sales within the Ontario region. You will develop strong relationships with new and existing clients, identify growth opportunities, and represent our brand with professionalism and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve territory revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers by providing exceptional service and support.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer service, product development) to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports, and territory analysis.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events as required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, territory management, or business development (3+ years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of the Ontario market and ability to travel extensively within the region.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in [insert industry, e.g., medical devices, industrial equipment, etc.].
- Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Bilingual in English and French is an asset.
