About the role
Due to continued growth and expansion we are adding to our team at Amity Law (part of PEXA Group) and have a permanent opportunity for a Qualified Residential Conveyancer. The role can be based at our offices in Horwich, however, equally happy to consider Hybrid or fully remote applicants.
This opportunity is Full time 37.5hrs per week Mon-Fri.

Main responsibilities:
To handle a full and varied caseload of Conveyancing matters, including Sale & Purchase, Leasehold and Freehold.
Key Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
- Legally qualified in conveyancing, ideally as Solicitor/CLC Licensed Conveyancer/CILEX at least 6yrs PQE
- Demonstrates a clear understand and experience of all Conveyancing matters and processes
- Utilises a clear escalation route to the line manager to sense check any concerns.
- IT literate, with experience of using legal systems required to enhance business performance and meet client expectations.
- Clear and professional approach to handling workloads.
- Team ethos and mindset
- Ability to prioritise tasks and be personally organised
- High level of experience in effective communication skills with clients and customers
Salary: £40,000-£48,000 DOE
