To Succeed Massively In This Exciting New Role, You'll

• Set the direction for this luxury brand in the Waikato
• Have a reputation for delivering sensational customer experiences; you absolutely must love delivering 5* CX
• Have a solid understanding of both sales core process and marketing and brand strategy
• Be prepared to roll up your sleeves and sell cars and check-in service customers
• Be able to close deals, manage stock, set direction for the brand and break into a new market
• Report directly to Ebbett Toyota group CEO
• Ideally have luxury automotive brand experience
• Have a proven track record in sales, ideally automotive
