Are you a results-driven automotive sales professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences? Red Hill Toyota, part of the Parkway Motors Auto Group, is currently seeking an Experienced Sales & Leasing Specialist to join our dynamic team.

What We’re Looking For:
- A current OMVIC Certification
- A proven track record in automotive sales, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
- Strong ability to sell pre-owned vehicles, including appraising, presenting, and closing
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A customer-first mindset and the drive to build lasting relationships
- High energy, accountability, and a professional attitude

- Sell and lease new and pre-owned vehicles, with a focus on matching the right vehicle to the right customer
- Manage the sales process from lead to delivery, ensuring a smooth and positive experience
- Follow up with prospective and current clients to build long-term relationships and repeat business
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet individual and dealership sales goals
- Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends
