We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
- Serve as first point of contact for clients, customers and vendors
- Handle inquiries, resolve concerns and escalate appropriately when necessary
- Manage incoming phone calls, general e-mails and correspondence
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meeting rooms and respite bookings
- Prepare and proofread correspondence and meeting minutes
- Manage records and maintain office files
Ideal Candidates will Posses
- Post secondary education in business administration, office administration or other related fields or minimum 3 years of equivalent experience
- Superior customer service abilities
- Ability to build relationships with people of all abilities and cultures
- Previous experience utilizing Microsoft Word/Excel/Teams and Room Bookings
Successful Candidate Must Provide
- Current Emergency First Aid & CPR/AED (Level A)
- Current Vulnerable Sector Check
- Pre-Employment Health Form
- 2 Valid Covid 19 Vaccinations
