Your role:
- Act as a project lead and key contact for payroll system conversions with support from Manager
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on simultaneous systems-related projects
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for system testing and data validation prior to go-live dates
- Identify opportunities to streamline payroll processes and implement automation where possible
- Coordinate process mapping and documentation efforts to ensure clients are well-supported for system migrations/upgrades
- Execute accurate and timely payroll processing and reporting for clients on cloud-based platforms
- Lead client onboarding and system training; respond to client inquiries
- Identify and mitigate risk and any potential system constraints; develop sustainable workarounds as needed
What you bring to the table:
- Proven experience in payroll administration and systems/platforms
- Project management experience
- Strong attention to detail, organizational and communication skills
- Experience with process documentation and system testing
- Committed to providing an exceptional client experience
