Skills Required:
- Vital Communication skills/Customer Service and de-escalation skills are a must.
- Sign in visitors/guests.
- Must have experience in a retail environment.
- Strong observational/situational awareness skills
- Must demonstrate exception conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to demonstrate and understand de-escalation and emergency management techniques.
- Ability to react appropriately in stressful situations and adapt to changing environments.
- Good command of the English language – Speak, read, write.
