Locations: UNIQLO North Calgary - New Store Opening
Status: Full Time (40/hours a week)
Reporting to: Area Visual Merchandising Manager

Overall Position Overview
The Full Time Visual Merchandising Associate is an individual who will support the execution of Visual Presentations within the store; including but not limited to, Styling, Props, and Displays. These actions are expected to be engaging, generate excitement, inspire, and attract customers, increase Sales while simultaneously communicating UNIQLO LIFEWEAR.
Understands the basics of UNQILO, manage all basic operations and store visuals in accordance with UNIQLO Rules, Policies, and Code of Conduct.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to maintain and reflect UNIQLO’s values, mission and vision

  • Meet and exceed Sales expectations

  • Continuously remains knowledgeable with the company’s brand, products, and current store promotions and/or advertisements

  • Understand, respect, and follow company’s code of conduct

  • Executes any Corporate-related material regarding Styling of Mannequins within store in line with UNIQLO Guidelines

  • Ensure all VM related props, materials and store environment is aligned with UNIQLO standard and expectation

  • Maintain and manage Visual Stockroom Organization

  • Follow proper procedure regarding stock management utilized within Visual presentations

  • Correctly install any marketing assets necessary to maintain a good Visual presentation of the store

Desired Skills and Experiences

  • Minimum of 1 year of related experience within visual retail sector

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which may include evenings and weekends

  • Solution oriented

  • Have an interest in fashion and the latest fashion trends

  • Able to list a load of at least 20lbs (mannequins and other)

  • Self-driven

  • Autonomous
