-Responsibilities:

• Assist with the maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment.

-Assist with maintenance on the grounds of the facility.

• Assist Maintenance Manager with completion of work orders.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
• Assist in supervising contractors and vendors during maintenance projects

Requirements:

• Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work with hand tools

• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or as part of a team

• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

• Ability to lift up to 25kgs

Pay: $18.50-$19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 22.5 – 30.00 per week
