We empower businesses with seamless, efficient logistics. We're looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team and drive growth across the Canadian market.

**Position Overview:**

The ideal candidate will must have at least 5 years of direct B2B sales experience in freight forwarding, shipping, logistics, or 3PL services. This is a high-impact, **remote role** focused on new business development, client acquisition, and long-term relationship management.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Identify, pursue, and close new sales opportunities in freight forwarding, 3PL, and logistics.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, including importers, exporters, and manufacturers.
3. Conduct client presentations and sales calls, both virtually and in-person as required.
4. Negotiate service contracts and rates in line with company strategy.
5. Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction.
6. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
7. Utilize CRM tools (such as Salesforce or HubSpot) to track and report sales activity.

**Requirements:**

1. Minimum 5 years of proven B2B sales experience in freight forwarding, logistics, shipping, or 3PL services.
2. Strong understanding of international and domestic logistics operations.
3. Existing client portfolio or network (a significant plus).
4. Ability to work independently and consistently meet sales targets in a remote environment.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
6. Legally authorized to work in Canada.
