About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Senior Financial Analyst to lead our financial planning and analysis and Treasury Functions. This hybrid role plays a critical part in supporting executive decision-making, optimizing capital structure, and ensuring the company’s financial health and compliance.

This is a changing environment, and your ability to excel in ambiguity will be critical. The team you'll join has a strong work ethic and is collaborative and supportive. This position interfaces closely with all managers and senior management of each individual business.

Key Accountabilities

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

  • Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process across departments.
  • Develop and maintain dynamic financial models to support business strategy.
  • Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results and performance KPIs.
  • Prepare financial presentations, dashboards, and variance analysis for leadership.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and companies to align financial plans with business objectives.
  • Provide scenario analysis and support strategic initiatives.

Treasury:

  • Cash Flow Management, manage cash flow needs while ensuring long term liquidity.
  • Investment Management, supporting investment decisions to maximize returns.
  • Lead cash flow forecasting and long-term funding plans.
  • Develop robust capital allocation and capital structure strategy.
  • Manage relationships with banking partners and optimize credit/debt facilities.
  • Oversee and report on external debt, investments, and intercompany loans.
  • Assess and mitigate financial risks, including FX and interest rate exposure.
  • Implement and ensure compliance with treasury policies, controls, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • MBA, CPA, or Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Treasury, and/or corporate finance roles.
  • Strong financial modeling and Excel skills; proficiency in various ERP platforms.
  • Solid understanding of financial statements, cash flow management, and BVA analytics Experience
  • Experience working in a multi-company environment.
  • A self-starter who can multitask in an efficient and controlled manner with competing priorities and tight deadlines.
