Shift Energy Group is hiring a Customer Success Specialist to deliver exceptional service and support across our solar and energy storage projects in the Vancouver Island region. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building long-term relationships with customers.

About the Role:

 As a Customer Success Specialist, you’ll be the key liaison between Shift and our residential and commercial clients — ensuring their journey from contract to completion is smooth, well-communicated, and aligned with our high standards. You'll coordinate across internal teams to solve issues, manage expectations, and keep customers informed at every step.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle
• Provide clear and timely updates via phone, email, and CRM platforms
• Collaborate with operations and project management teams to resolve customer concerns quickly
• Track and manage customer interactions, feedback, and documentation
• Assist with scheduling updates and coordination across departments
• Ensure a high level of satisfaction and identify opportunities for continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of customer success, account management, or customer service experience — ideally in construction, clean tech, or home services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments
• Comfortable using CRM tools and project tracking systems
• A customer-first mindset with a passion for clean energy and project management
• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• Hours: 40 hours/week, Monday through Friday
