Responsibilities
- Oversee the operations of Lakeview Lodge Community.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Lead and mentor staff to achieve high performance.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the community.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a management role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the healthcare or senior living industry.
- Knowledge of community engagement strategies.
