Kokoro Tokyo mazesoba Kelowna is hiring Kitchen Staff/Cook

Duties includes not limited to:

• Prepare/cook Japanese food main dishes, side.
• Prepare and make the sauces used in the restaurant.
• Manage kitchen operations and safety, keep equipment and tools clean and manage kitchen’s hygiene.

Qualifications:

• Previous 1 - 2 years of experience in food service industry (Preferred).
• Food safe level 1.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
• A passion for cooking and creating high-quality dishes.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.40 per hour
