About the role

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Psychotherapist, Social Worker, Behaviour Analyst or Psychologist to join our team providing collaborative and family-based DBT and CBT treatment to children, adolescents and parents.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct individual and group DBT sessions and phone coaching for children, adolescents and parents.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address various psychological issues, including DBT, CBT, ACT and/or DBT
  • Collaborate with Broadview team members, and other healthcare providers to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Maintain timely client records, including data collection for ongoing program evaluation and assessments.
  • Participate in regular multidisciplinary DBT team meetings and trainings to enhance treatment effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, ABA or a related field.
  • Registration with the CPBAO, CRPO or OCSW (or in the process of becoming registered)
  • Experience in providing DBT to children, adolescents and families.
  • Strong case conceptualization and treatment skills.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and research in the field of psychotherapy.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $95.00-$150.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week

We also offer psychodiagnostic and psychoeducational assessments to children, adolescents and young adults.
