As a Store Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the store. This includes managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining store standards.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist in managing store operations and staff.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail or customer service.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a supervisory role.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems.
Other Relevant Details
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
