About the role
The Impact You’ll Make
As Creative Director, you'll provide creative vision and leadership to our in-house agency, connecting creative strategies to business objectives. You'll guide creative teams in developing innovative concepts and set the creative direction for campaigns across all media. Collaborating with Operations, Strategy, and Production, you'll ensure we deliver exceptional work efficiently and effectively.
What You’ll Do
Creative Leadership & Execution:
• Develop and implement creative strategies that align with marketing and business objectives.
• Provide creative direction, coaching, and quality control to ensure brand consistency and excellence.
• Lead the execution of Tier 1 creative projects, from concept to final delivery.
• Champion new ideas and guide them through the organization.
Team Leadership & Development:
• Inspire and motivate the creative team to exceed expectations, fostering a collaborative and solution-oriented environment.
• Build a shared team vision, define goals, and celebrate successes.
• Mentor team members, providing continuous learning, feedback, and growth opportunities.
• Cultivate a fun, supportive, and open creative community.
Client Service:
• Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, partnering to achieve effective outcomes.
• Balance client desires with business requirements and marketing strategies.
What You’ll Bring
• Exceptional creative conceptualization and strategic thinking skills.
• Proven ability to present and sell creative ideas persuasively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse viewpoints.
• Deep understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing (Social, Digital, Apps, Experiential, Events, TV, Print, OOH, etc.).
• Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools (Adobe Creative Cloud, MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, Workfront).
• Ability to anticipate problems and proactively develop solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering projects on time, on budget, and on strategy.
• Proven professional experience in a creative role (art direction, copywriting, or related field).
• Proven management experience leading creative teams.
• External agency experience is highly preferred.
• Online portfolio showcasing exceptional creative work is required.
