Position Summary
Purity Life Health Products LP is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our People & Culture team. This individual will assist with the full payroll function using PayWorks, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while maintaining compliance with all applicable legislation.
Key Responsibilities

Administer weekly end-to-end payroll processing for both hourly and salaried employees through PayWorks.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including onboarding, terminations, and benefits-related deductions.

Prepare, reconcile, and submit payroll reports, including multi-province statutory remittances, Records of Employment (ROEs), year-end T4/T4A, T2200s, Quebec RL-1s, and WSIB/WCB filings.

Ensure full compliance with Canadian payroll legislation, employment standards, and internal company policies.

Support month-end reporting requirements and reconciliations.

Contribute to special projects and perform ad hoc tasks within the People & Culture Department.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience working on PayWorks in payroll administration.
- Strong knowledge of Canadian payroll regulations, taxation, and statutory requirements (multi-Provinces).
- Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) designation from the National Payroll Institute (or in progress) is required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HRIS systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
