We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Lot Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for our guests by maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lot, assisting with vehicle management, and providing exceptional customer service. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers as they arrive and assist them with their needs.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the vehicle lot, ensuring all vehicles are properly parked and displayed.
- Assist in managing vehicle inventory, including moving cars to designated areas as needed.
- Provide excellent guest services by answering questions and directing customers to appropriate personnel.
- Handle cash transactions accurately when necessary, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Collaborate with dealership staff to ensure seamless operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Perform routine inspections of vehicles on the lot to ensure they are clean and presentable.
Skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures is beneficial.
- Experience working in a dealership environment is advantageous but not required.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
