The Role
As an E-Billing Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely invoice processing and supporting business operations through effective billing systems. Your day-to-day will include:
- Processing invoices accurately and on schedule
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure targets and timelines are met
- Using e-billing platforms and related technology
- Handling invoice queries and resolving issues promptly
- Supporting billing cycle and financial reporting processes
What You Bring
- You’re organized, analytical, and great with systems. You have excellent communication skills and love working in a team-oriented environment. You also bring:
- 2+ years' experience and 1+ years in e-billing
- Hands-on experience with e-billing systems (required)
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Great client service mindset and attention to detail
- A post-secondary education
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience in a professional services or corporate environment (an asset)
