As a Senior Sound Designer on the Creative Services Team on the Marketing side, you'll be responsible for crafting and delivering high-quality audio that enhances our trailers, promotional videos, social media content, and other marketing assets. A critical part of your role will be mixing audio to broadcast and digital standards, ensuring clarity, balance and consistency. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure our soundscapes are as immersive and impactful as our visuals, driving our storytelling forward and reinforcing our brand identity.

In this role you will :
- Collaborate with art director, video directors, editors and team leads to develop audio concepts and strategies that align with the goals of each marketing campaign.
- Lead the sound design process for marketing content, from concept to final mix.
- Design, edit and mix sound effects, music, and voiceovers for marketing content.
- Ensure consistency and excellence in audio branding across all marketing channels.
- Manage and organize audio assets, ensuring proper versioning, naming conventions, and accessibility across teams.
- Maintain clear documentation of audio workflows, guidelines and asset libraries using tools like Confluence or Monday.com
- Provide mentorship and guidance to other team members and collaborators in all aspects of audio production, including storytelling, sound design, mixing and music integration.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate innovative audio techniques into our workflow.
What we're looking for :
- 5+ years of experience in sound design and mixing, preferably in post-production, film or advertising.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality audio for marketing or entertainment content.
- Expert-level proficiency with audio tools (e.g, Reaper, iZotope RX, etc.)
- Strong skills in sound design, sound mixing, mastering and post-production workflows.
- Experience collaborating with creative cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- A portfolio showcasing your sound design and mixing work in marketing, film or related media.
- Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in music composition is a plus.
- Experience working in AAA or high-profile game development pipelines is plus.
