Overview
As Associate Technical Director you will provide leadership and oversight to our CRM and web development practices, closely collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the planning and delivery of robust and sound solutions. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, analysis, and effective communication to ensure high quality outputs that align with organizational objectives.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership, oversight, and mentorship.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to define technical requirements, translating business needs into actionable technical solutions.
- Technical assessment and solution design.
- Develop and maintain technical standards.
- Support with troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues.
- Documenting solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience with at least one CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign/Marketo, Braze).
- Data saavy with solid foundations in data flows and validation.
- Experience building landing pages, microsites, and websites.
- Familiarity with consent and data privacy regulations (CASL, GDPR), and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Effective communicator, able to explain and discuss technical concepts with non-technical stakeholders
- Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM and/or web development roles.
