About the role
A Breakfast Attendant with Hampton Inn & Suites By Hilton is responsible for delivering an excellent Guest experience while monitoring all hotel standards. The opening shift starts at 5.30 am on weekdays and 6.00am on weekends.
The applicant must be reliable and punctual for the shift.
Must be outgoing and enjoys engaging with the guests in the breakfast area by providing friendly,authentic,caring and thoughtful service each time and is committed to guest satisfaction
Responsibilities
- Reporting to Breakfast Attendant Supervisor and follows the directions
- preparing all the breakfast items according to our brand standards
- Engaging and acknowledging all the guests with a smile and providing excellent service and guest experience at all time
- Responsible for set up according to brand standards
- requires using proper food safety procedures and has a food safe certificate
- Make sure all items are consistently well stocked all throughout breakfast hours
- ensure all items are served according to brand standards to ensure freshness of product
- Ensuring the entire breakfast lobby and pantry area is kept up with the cleanliness
- Clear and sanitize the tables, wipe down all the furniture,emptying trash in the refuge area, mopping and keeping the areas all fresh at all times
- Washing the used utensils, plates, cutlery and serving equipment once used and return to proper storage
- Responsible to checking inventory, ordering when needed and making sure the food supplies are properly dated
- Ensuring communication between departments
- Responsible for Meeting Room refreshments
- Assist other departments in housekeeping and all other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor
- receive delivery of shipment and storing in the freezer & refrigerator
- Qualifications
A Breakfast Attendant is always working as a team and working according to our Hampton Values and culture.
- Must possess excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Excellent grooming standards
- Flexibility to work any shifts, holidays and weekends
- must possess own transportation
- able to carry weight up to 25Ibs
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.85-$19.00 per hour
