**Hiring: Dispatcher and inventory / Job coordinator**
We are looking for a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a Dispatcher, inventory management and putting the parts together for the technician’s jobs. This role is essential in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
**Key Responsibilities:**

Answer incoming calls from customers, providing excellent customer service and support.

MOVE FURNACES AND AIR CONDITIONERS AROUND THE SHOP as needed to prepare for technician assignments. PLEASE NOTE THAT SOME HEAVY LIFTING IS REQUIRED.

Assist with inventory management, ensuring that all materials and equipment are ready for upcoming jobs.

Use our software system to schedule and book appointments for technicians based on customer needs and technician availability.

Communicate effectively with technicians to relay customer information and scheduling changes.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, bookings, and technician schedules.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.

Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve service delivery.
**Qualifications:**

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in logistics or dispatching is a plus.

Proven experience in a dispatch or customer service role, preferably in a service-oriented industry.

Proficient in using software systems and technology; familiarity with dispatch software is an advantage.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
