AND HR Specialist or Bookkeeper — Be the Backbone of a Growing Company

Whether your strengths are in HR or Bookkeeping, we’re open — what matters most is that you’re dependable, proactive, and bring a solutions-first mindset to the table.

What We’re Looking For:
Whether your specialty is HR, bookkeeping, or general office operations — we want someone who:

The Role Could Lean Toward One of Two Key Areas: If You’re a Bookkeeper / Finance-Savvy Admin:
- GST remittance, payroll processing (we use Dayforce), and direct deposit
- Accounts payable/receivable and general financial tracking
- Invoicing and ensuring financial records are accurate and organized
- Reporting and helping with budgeting or cash flow management
- Working with external accountants and vendors when needed
If You’re an HR/Admin Pro:
- Onboarding new employees, managing paperwork, and handling packages/supplies
- Creating or improving workplace policies and documentation
- Coordinating with subcontractors and maintaining updated records
- Tracking certifications, scheduling safety/training requirements
- Being the go-to person for employee support, culture, and communication
And Day-to-Day Office Responsibilities Might Include:
- Answering calls, emails, and being the front-facing voice of the company
- Managing schedules (we use Jobber for CRM and scheduling)
- Assisting management with day-to-day operations and planning
- Ordering office supplies, organizing records, and streamlining systems
- Keeping our office space running like a well-oiled machine
