You are:
An experienced Oracle Integration Cloud Developer
- The Work:
As an HCM Extracts developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring HCM/ERP extracts to meet business process and application requirements. You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert. Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.

Implement best practices in application design and development to enhance performance and user experience.

Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure functionality and reliability.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve application development processes.

Develop and provide technical support for Oracle HCM/ERP integrations, extensions and reports

This role is in our Local ATCs (Montreal/Toronto) and will require on-site work 2-3 days per week.
Here’s what you need:
- 2+ years’ experience with Oracle HCM, and OIC in an Integration role
- Expert proficiency in Design & Build Enablement is required
- Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline
English is required for this position as this role will be aligned to multi-national teams where English is the common language across our Global Enterprise. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking multi-national teams, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement
Bonus points if you have:
- Advanced proficiency in Configuration & Release Management and Build Management
- An Oracle Cloud certification
- Hands on development experience in PL/SQL or Core Java
- Proficiency in HTML/Web-based development
- Experience with Python
