About the role
Company Summary:
Many Roads Purveyors are egg dealers providing a service to farmers by facilitating the supply chain. We buy eggs from farmers, take them to be graded, and sell them at markets. Our farmers have fewer than 100 laying hens, which is the limit without expensive quotas. Consequently, we work with multiple farmers and sell their eggs together under a single brand.

This is a hands-on position ideal for someone with a valid full G driver’s license (over 25 years old), who enjoys working with food and local products, and is comfortable taking the lead on logistics, setup, and transport.
The job consists of loading a company vehicle or rented cargo van with product and equipment, driving to the farmers' market, setting up the market stall, assisting with customer service as needed, tearing down the stall, returning unsold product and equipment to storage, and updating sales records.

- Load coolers, market gear, and food into a company vehicle or rented cargo van
- Drive to market locations in the GTA (vehicle is provided by the company)
- Set up and dismantle the market stall (tent, tables, signage, burners, product, etc.)

Market Operations Support:
- Greet and assist customers during peak hours as needed
- Handle products with care and ensure display quality
- Keep the market space clean, organized, and functional
Record-Keeping & Wrap-Up:
