About the role

There is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to join the sales and marketing team in Vancouver as a Project Sales Administrator. The sites are in Metro Vancouver. The ideal candidate will be a diligent individual with high attention to detail and is motivated by challenge and a fast-paced environment. This position will be in Metro Vancouver.

What Will You do?

  • Work onsite with a project sales team
  • Greet and present project information to the public
  • Responsible for daily sales center operations
  • Responsible for contract and inventory management
  • Provide market feedback to Head Office
  • Participate in weekly sales and marketing sessions
  • Assist Sales & Marketing in property sales launches

What You Bring

  • Completion of Grade 12
  • Post-Secondary education is an asset.
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset
  • Background in real estate an asset
  • Excellent work ethic
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Problem solving skills
  • High learning aptitude
  • Self-starter
  • Works well in team and individual based environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access
  • Access to a vehicle and hold a valid drivers license

Salary Range $38,000-$45,000 base plus commission
